I'm Kim Murphy, the founder of Simply Plant Based Kitchen, and I want to help you make whole food plant based eating simple, easy, and delicious!
I began my journey to health & wellness through plant based eating, after losing my father to Alzheimer's. I knew I had to take my health into my own hands so that the same didn't happen to me!
But I also knew plant based eating had to be easy and tasty - I'm a busy mom of 2 young boys and I don't have time to cook for hours in the kitchen every day and if it didn't taste good my family wouldn't stick with it.
I want to help you do the same so you can have your best health and life!
I've also earned my Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and have completed my health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
